10 reviews for Apple AirTag 4 Pack

I recently purchased an Apple AirTag, and I have to say, it’s a game-changer for someone like me who tends to misplace things! Setting it up was a breeze—just a few taps on my iPhone, and it was ready to go. The precision finding feature is fantastic; it leads you right to your lost item with directions and haptic feedback, which feels like magic. I’ve attached one to my keychain and slipped another into my backpack, and so far, they’ve saved me a ton of time and frustration. The design is sleek and minimalistic, and it fits perfectly on my keyring without being too bulky. The battery life is also impressive; Apple claims it lasts over a year, and based on my usage, I believe it. The privacy features are well thought out, giving me peace of mind that I’m not being tracked without my knowledge. However, it’s worth noting that the AirTag is best within the Apple ecosystem. Android users might not have the same seamless experience. Also, you need to buy a separate accessory to attach it to anything, which adds to the cost.Overall, if you’re prone to losing your belongings and you’re in the Apple ecosystem, the AirTag is absolutely worth it. It’s like having a little peacekeeper for your personal items, even your car!

Updates:1.When the dogs start howling at the coyotes at 6:30 in the morning, I play one dog’s AirTag once or twice and they all stop howling.2. We got a new black cat who is famous for hiding and not being found. I trained him to come out when I beep his AirTag. Sometimes I just use the find my app to find him rather than calling him out. Once he got out of the house at night and ran into the desert. I was able to track him by beeping his AirTag. He’s so black I would not have been able to find him without it. There are so many predators out here that it may have saved his life.3. I got an iPhone 13 ProMax. I’d hoped I could use the AirTag to find my car in a parking lot. It doesn’t really work for that. You’re better off just putting a pin in your map to help you find your car. My phone only starts sensing the tag when I’m within 15 feet or so. I usually have to be a lot closer than that for it to point towards the AirTag. So it works to find the cat in the house, but not my car. This is a great device to tell you approximately where something is, but it’s not perfect. Oddly, if it’s too dark, it will tell me it needs more light. I sure don’t understand that. Now the original review on how it saved my dog’s life…Got Air Tags for each of my dogs. Even decided to update my phone to better track them, but that’s not happening until April. We live in the wilderness. There are very few people out here and fewer iphones. When our dogs go exploring, we can’t find them via the AirTag (though one time my dog appearantly came across a hiker with an iphone as she registered as being on the trail.) However, when my husband goes biking and takes the dog, as long as they have cellphone coverage, we can see where they’re at.This morning I took Annie with me to pick up a Home Depot curbside order. Ran into Target to get some lettuce. Came out and Annie was gone. It became appearant I left the back windows open too much and she jumped out.The Air Tag had issues. It would tell me where she was, so I would drive there, but by the time I got there, she was gone. It wouldn’t refresh and look for her, so I kept missing her. Called Apple to see if they could track her, but they said they’re not meant for a moving target. I filed her as lost in the app, but once she blipped on my phone, it automatically shut off the “Notify when found” even though I hadn’t found her, she’d just been in the vicinity. So while I was frantically trying to find her, I was having to set the app to notify me when it found her. However, it let me know about where she was so I knew how to focus my search. She spent most of her day in the a wild, dry river wash where the tag wouldn’t signal because it’s below street level and there were no iphones down there. (Though when I was near her a couple times it didn’t ding. One of those times was when I ran into really busy traffic to stop cars from hitting her, so we were in cell zone and she was close to my phone.) Met some really nice people (a mall security guard and some homeless people) that spent hours helping me find her. Plus a dad and daughter on bikes that just happened to see her. Three times she and I looked at each other and she ran away from me. I’ve heard dogs go into survival mode after about a week on the road and will run from their families, but this was only a few hours. (She was feral when I got her so maybe she just reverted faster.) Finally, at sunset, I went home. Except she kept beeping off the AirTag. (She only did that once an hour during the day and now it was more frequent.) I worried she’d been hit by a car.I drove back to the mall with Harvey, her dog-BFF. For three hours she circled around me and Harvey. She was afraid of us, but she was also staying near and watching. When she went away, Harvey and I went into the van to escape the cold. Then the air tag would ding. We’d get out of the car and play “Where’s Waldo” in the dark. Eventually I’d see her just standing there watching us from the shadows. Then she’d disappear agin. Then the tag said she was back. I wondered if this would be easier with a newer iphone as mine is only a 7Plus.At 12:40 a.m., she walked towards the van. I partially opened the door and stuck my head out. “Hi, Annie.” And finally, she recognized me. After 13 hours of driving, walking, riding my bike (my husband brought me my bike,) and sitting out in the cold so she could see me, she finally recognized me. She wagged her tail, came up to me, and got in the van.The AirTag had issues, but it gave me ideas as to where she was. Without the tag, I would not have been able to find her. A few years ago our rescued ex-bait dog stayed with my parents while we were on vacation. They live a couple hours away. Shortly after we got home, the dog jumped their fence. I drove up immediately to try and find her. We looked for two weeks. She was sighted so many different places miles apart (Facebook has great dog-finding groups.) Saddly, she was hit and killed. If she’d had an AirTag, we would have known about where she was and we would have found her. I hope the AirTag works better when I get my Iphone 13 in a couple weeks. However, even not working great, it saved my dog’s life.

I bought this 4 pack of Apple AirTags to keep track of my keys, bags, and other stuff I tend to misplace. They are super easy to set up, just pull the tab and tap to connect to my iPhone. Then I can see the location in the Find My app.The precision finding feature is really cool, it shows an arrow on my phone screen pointing to the AirTag when I’m close. If the item is further away, I can put it in lost mode and get notified if someone else with an iPhone comes near it.The AirTags are small and lightweight, I can attach them to almost anything with the accessories. They are also waterproof and have a replaceable battery that lasts a long time.Pros:easy to set up and useprecise tracking with ultra widebandworks with Find My networklost mode for missing itemssmall, durable and water resistantlong battery lifeCons:need an iPhone or iPad to useaccessories sold separatelydoesn’t stick to items, needs a holderOverall the AirTags work great for keeping an eye on my important things. The finding features are accurate and helpful. Just be aware of the potential misuse and privacy concerns. A bit pricey but worth it for the peace of mind.

The Apple AirTag 4 Pack offers a reliable and convenient way to keep track of your valuables with its sleek and compact design. These small trackers seamlessly integrate with Apple’s Find My app, allowing you to locate items like keys, bags, and more with ease. One of the standout features of the AirTag is its precision tracking. The accuracy of location information provided by the Find My app is impressive, making it easy to pinpoint the exact whereabouts of your belongings. The setup process is straightforward, and the AirTags can be personalized with custom engravings, adding a personal touch to your tracking experience. The battery life is also commendable, lasting for months before needing replacement. While I’m very satisfied with the performance and functionality of the Apple AirTag 4 Pack, I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because I found the accessories, such as key rings and holders, to be sold separately, which can add to the overall cost.Overall, if you’re looking for a reliable tracking solution with a sleek design and seamless integration with Apple devices, the Apple AirTag 4 Pack is a solid choice. It’s a great investment for peace of mind knowing your valuables are easily traceable.

  6. One of our best customers. R.S.

I wasn’t sure what to rate it at first🥹I think everybody knows about these things more than I did or I’m the last to know lol. I bought the four pack because I can make use guaranteed at least with three of them. If not the fourth one. When I first took it out of the box, I pulled the plastic tab so the battery starts to work and there was very loud chirp. So I was thinking good that’s going to make a good alarm. If I need to find it and have it play a sound. Everything is going well so far but then I want to see if I’m going to find it easy to replace the battery. I don’t know how long the battery will last. So screw the case which was easy and the battery came out and I looked at it carefully to see how it goes in and this is when the problems began. These must’ve been on the shelf for a very long time, because I think the battery made one loud chirp, and that was the end of what it had because when I put the battery back in it could barely chirp. Sometimes it didn’t chirp, but it was very low, volume and very short. I thought it’s not making contact with the battery clips or something so I make sure everything is clean and it doesn’t do any better. Now I’m thinking this is not going to be very reliable, and therefore not useful. I know they’re not going into inventory and replacing batteries on things that they don’t sell in the first year and these look like they are made two years ago. Anyway, I put it aside out of my mind and I went to go get my hair done a couple of days later. I left that one AirTag in the house near my bathtub and I wasn’t using it even contemplating returning the whole thing including the cases I bought. I was worried that it was like the security cameras I bought that our wireless and I felt really good so I bought a lot of them for the house and then I found out they have a habit of occasionally going off-line and need to be restarted that drove me crazy, so I never deployed more than one of them, and this was feeling like it was going to be another product just like that. Anyway, I wasn’t sure of all the ways I’m supposed to work with the AirTags so I figure I’m going to buy a battery and try it again in the next couple of days and then decide on returning or not. Anyway, I’m leaving the house to go for my appointment and my phone gives me a warning that I’m leaving my purse behind! I was so thrilled I was sure the battery is depleted or the AirTag doesn’t work well but the combination wasn’t working and it did. It told me the signals are weak so at least that means it worked. On the way home I had it help me locate it, and literally it walked me to within , 6 feet or less of where the AirTag was so just like advertised! These work and they are fantastic. There are many things you can do with them depending on how you want to put them because you have to worry that if somebody sees it on your luggage, they just have to take it off your bag and run through the battery real quick and then your AirTag is history . It’s a lumpy thing to try to hide unless it’s something really big like your car and you have a lot of places to put it but then I wonder because the car is metal is it going to work. I think if you make an opening in the lining of your suitcase, or your purse or something else and put it there , and then set a reminder like within the year that all of them need to have new batteries, you’re going to be very happy with them!!I totally understand that these are all the rage, but I also understand that if somebody has this program on their iPhone, they can find your items as well and possibly take them or take the battery out of it and now it is their AirTag and you lost your item and your AirTag!!!😡I totally recommend these for anybody that wants to have one more chance when you misplaced something important to you. It’s one more way before you say goodbye to something that’s important that you can have an opportunity to find it.

I recently purchased the Apple AirTag 4 Pack, and I must say, it’s been a game-changer for keeping track of my belongings. These tiny trackers have exceeded all my expectations in terms of performance and reliability.First and foremost, let’s talk about their accuracy. These work well within the Apple ecosystem. I had Tiles previously. No issues with them really, so this is not me bashing them. This is about how much I enjoy the simplicity of the AirTag with my Apple products. I have one in my vehicle, on my bike, in my suitcase, on my keys, in my backpack and two randoms (camping, kayaking, beach bag etc). They’re easy to set up and I am a fan.

Didn’t take me long to need it. Worked very well and took me right to my keys that I had misplaced.

These things are a lifesaver. I hid mine under my Ebike in a black waterproof case (to make it blend in). Vermont has a terrible bike theft problem and my bike was stolen (sawed from the rack). I was able to track it because of the air tag. It gave an exact address, which I gave the police (two towns away). The police went, and the people said they didn’t have it. I just kept watching the airtag and the police told me if it moves to call them. 2 hours later the thiefs turned it in. The people at the house that the police were at came into the station and said they didn’t know it was stolen and It was a “trade”. I’m sure they turned it in because they figured out someone was tracking it and they didn’t know how!
